1T Olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1/2 red onion; chopped
1T flour
A hefty squirt of ketchup
A small squirt of a mustard (*anything w mustard in the title- I used honey mustard dressing*)
1C beef broth
Cans of: peas, carrots, corn; drained
Nice dash of Garlic salt
Lesser dash of Paprika
1 box of Jiffy corn bread mix
Preheat the oven to 350. Heat the oil in a skillet. Sauté onion until mostly white. Add beef and brown together. Drain grease and add flour, ketchup, mustard, and broth. Mix together and simmer for a few minutes while you drain the cans Andi's the cornbread. Pour the meat into a Dutch oven. Combine the cans with the spices in the meat skillet and mix. Pour over the meat. Spread the cornbread over the top and put in the oven uncovered. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
